Cemetery Revitalization Cemeteries are an important link to Aboriginal heritage and history, but many of them have been neglected and fallen into disrepair. The federal government has recognized this link to our history by providing funding to revitalize and restore Aboriginal cemeteries. This is an important step in properly honouring our ancestors and their achievements. AMI Memorials can help with the restoration process. AMI is developing a program to assist bands with restoring existing cemeteries, or designing, building and maintaining new ones.
